Global Picture Sharing: Flickr

Flickr.com is a photo sharing company, in so many words it comes off as the facebook of photosharing.  The three enabler I want to use towards Flickr, is Informing, Offshoring, and Uploading.  I used offshoring simply because people on different continents can use flickr.  I used uploading because in order for this website to provide its services and be successful its employees have to collaborate.  Informing falls into play because its useful to use this enabler to find out what you need to know about this particular website.  These three enablers would be very useful toward this website.
